Noticed whilst sat watching movie when the watch simply slipped off my wrist.Contacted Huawei support and advised to send the watch to their Service Centre.I called Huawei support and raised a complaint as in no way had I damaged the watch.
After another week, Huawei called me back and advised that as it had "Physical Damage" it was not covered by their warranty and is their "Final Decision".The faulty watch is currently on its way back 2 2018 smartwatch huawei me I loved the product but really let down by the company and their assertion 2 2018 smartwatch huawei all faults are caused by their customers.
