It was very frustrating and I was about to return the watch.My son who was more computer savvy had to help me.He had to open the back cover of the watch, remove the battery, put the battery back in and put the back cover on.

The watch has powered up and now it works fine.One more gripe about this product, the instructions are to small, very hard to read and not complete.I hope my review was helpful.Two months later, both watches doesn't work.

I initially gave it 4 stars, now giving it one star this is a piece of crap.Don't buy this watch.I didn't care for it but my son that's is a eleven, liked smart 745) (rs watch bluetooth wrist premsons so I gave It to him, its cheap so I really didn't expect to much from the product.
